Passage Lane, Massanutten, VA Features: Large, spacious living room with a sectional sofa , chaise and cable TV. The dining room and large kitchen are off the living room. French doors lead out to the back deck where you will find a dining table and chairs along with a charcoal grill. The master bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV with DVD player, and a full bathroom. A 2nd full bathroom is in the hallway. Bedroom two has two twin beds. Bedroom three has a pyramid (twin over double) bunk bed. Downstairs is a large family room with shelves full of books, puzzles, DVDs, board games and a video library for all ages, Cable TV with DVD and VCR, Casio electric keyboard, a telescope, a beautiful glass chess set on a game table and a gas log fireplace. A third full bathroom and a laundry room with an iron and ironing board are also downstairs. A queen sized air mattress with electric pump is tucked away in a closet. There is also a twin sleep sofa in the family room.

Home Description: Joyful Passage is a very inviting and comfortable home. 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a quiet location near the end of a cul-de-sac with green space all around, this is a great home for taking time away from your busy every day. All 3 bathrooms have a tub/shower. There is a porch swing on the front porch and a charcoal grill & dining table and chairs are on the back deck. The dining room table accomodates 6 and there is a card table and 4 padded folding chairs in the closet to accomodate 4 additional people. Linens for all beds and baths are included. Maximum capacity: 10
