Fish Big Chetac or enjoy the peacefulness and beauty in the small lake behind the house. Even in the winter you do not see any neighbors. The fishing is great and it is a great lake for recreation with over 2,000 acres of 'boatable' water to explore. There is a sand bar on the lake to enjoy and a couple of islands to explore and potentially camp on. There are also some great places to camp in the wooded back yard. This is a great place to come any time of year with nearby attraction in Birchwood, Hayward, Spooner, and Rice Lake. Very secluded and spacious! Come and enjoy this great north woods get away!

Interior Remodel for the Up North Feeling The home has been remodeled in 2008. There is pine tongue and groove siding in the living room and one of the bedrooms. New carpet and hard wood floors throughout house. The kitches has been remodled and has a dishwasher and a extra large farm sink. The bathrooms are remodled with tiled shower walls and bath walls. Tha master bath has double sinks.

There are ATV/Snomobile trails close by. The fishing muesum and Hayward are a short drive and a great way to spend a day or two. There are multiple places on the lake that rent out fishing boats or pontoons. There is a ping pong table in the basement as well as air hockey. I own 700 ft of lakeshore on Big Chetac which is accross the road from the house. I am located up on a hill which creates the great views and privicy in back with the smaller lake. There is a challenging trail down to the other lake.
