We do allow smoking out side of the dwelling, ash trays are provided. For visitors the porch could be wheel chair accessible if one had individuals who could help to lift the wheel chair in a couple of areas, if a handicapped person can pivot from chair to toilet they could get by. There is no yard to speak of. We do have a patio area and the porch is large.
