Philippines condo Rental Property Information

Completely refurbished, top to bottom! New beds, new bathroom, new kitchen, new paint, furniture, everything!Our unit is on the 20th floor, it's quite large AT 55 sq meters - the size of many two bedroom condos in Manila! It offers a partial city view, and one of the coolest features is going to bed, turning out the lights, and seeing the city spread before you as you recline in our luxurious queen size bed. It's clean, comfortable, and one of the nicest units in the building - and its location is perfect! The Millennium Plaza is part condo - part hotel - our condo is comparable (but much nicer) than the 'Millennium Suite' in the hotel section. This is the best deal in Manila!

In the center of Philippine urban life - the Millenium Plaza sits in the heart of the Manila Business and Financial District, with the Manila Stock Exchange; SIX major shopping malls, $1.50 first run Hollywood movies; fantastic upscale eateries and specialty stores, and the world's major banks. Hop on a jeepney, or take a romantic horse drawn carriage around historic Intramuros, just minutes away. Makati also has the hottest nightclub scene in Manila. When the night falls, the club scene heats up with drinks, dancing, and fantastic entertainment - all for a fraction of what you would pay anywhere else! Please remember - Manila is a big city, spread out so far that it can easily take 30 minutes or more to get from one end to the other. And while you can't beat the sunsets over the bay in the Malate area - most travelers tell us that they found Makati to have more attractions, shopping, culture and other amenities. All these things are just steps away from our condo!
