  • This condominium features three bedrooms and two and one-quarter baths. The spacious master bedroom contains a queen sized bed with an electric blanket that has dual controls. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed. Both bedrooms have ample closet space. Two bathrooms are downstairs, one a full bath with large shower and the other a powder room. The hallway has two racks for plenty of ski storage. Upstairs are two single beds and a trundle bed. This room has the stunning south view of the Ten-Mile Range. There is a TV with a DVD player upstairs. The washer and dryer is located upstairs in a closet. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub upstairs.

The living room features cathedral ceilings, a beautiful wood burning fireplace (firewood included), and two sofas. One sofa is a pullout/convertible bed. There is a large TV with cable and DVD player. There are movies and some games and puzzles supplied to keep you entertained in the evening. The deck has ample room to relax while cooking on the gas grill. The dining area has seating for six people, with extra table leaves and chairs in the second bedroom closet. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a gourmet meal.

There is a free Summit County Bus that will take you to many of the ski resorts and neighboring towns. It is nice though, to have your own vehicle to explore some of the beautiful, scenic roads in Colorado. Ryan Gulch road is plowed regularly after snow storms, as is the condo parking lot. This Watch Hill condo sits 1/2 mile from the top of the Wilderness subdivision at approximately 9750 feet above sea level. This gives us the most spectacular view! I want this to be your home away from home, so that you will want to come back! Come and enjoy our beautiful mountain getaway! My condo is a very special place.
