House is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood of vacation homes, 2 tenths of a mile and less than a 3 minute walk to deeded beach rights on Nantucket sound. This house is newly renovated and offers updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, sun porch, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, and outdoor patio (with patio furniture picnic table and gas grill). The house sleeps up to 13 people comfortably

Beach The house has deeded beach rights to the beach at the Blue Water Resort on South Shore Drive. Nearby beaches are: Smugglers Beach at the Bass River, South Middle Beach, and Parkers River Beach. Enjoy a leisurely walk on the beach which stretches for app. 1 mile, or bring your children to the playground at Parkers River Beach. Concession stands are located at both Smugglers and Parker River Beaches

Other Activities Miniature golf, batting cages, golf driving range, and indoor arcade are located within a mile.
