WiFi broadband is provided. You are close to Bristol Beach, downtown Falmouth, and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Only 1/10 mile to Great Bay Beach and boat ramp and 1 mile to Bristol Beach and Vineyard Sound. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning downstairs, ceiling fan in upstairs living room, outdoor shower.
