North Wildwood condo Rental Property Information
This is a great location that surrounds itself with great people. There are only 14 condos at the Bayberry sharing a nice sized pool. The Bayberry was completely renovated in 2006 bringing an exciting new look and a large sun deck. This Spacious 3rd Floor Penthouse offers 2 levels having Panoramic views of the Oceanside & Bayside of North Wildwood. Entering the Penthouse shows - a large Eat-in Kitchen that seats 12, a Beautiful Family Room offers a 42-in Flat LCD TV, a roomy Full Bathroom, and the Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed. Up the Stairs you will enter into the Living Room with a Queen sofa bed viewing a 32-in Flat Screen. To the left is the 2nd Bedroom that offers views of the Boardwalk Amusement rides and the ocean. This room provides a Full Bed and a Twin/Full Bunkbed. Going down the hall you will walk by our other Full sized bath to get to the 3rd bedroom with a view of the Bayside of N. Wildwood. This room could also sleep 5 with the same bedding setup as the 2nd bedroom.

North Wildwood offer a free & large sized beach to enjoy, plus you are steps away from a 2 mile boardwalk that offers Amusement Piers, Water Parks, and Games. It the Morning you can rent bikes to ride the boardwalk. In the area you can enjoy: Fishing Charters, Golf Courses, Jet Ski Rentals, Miniature Golf, Parasailing, Sightseeing Charters, & Zoo. You are approx. 30 minutes from the Casino's and 10 minutes from Cape May.
The Condo is located at the corner of 23rd & Surf Ave on the beach/boardwalk side of North Wildwood. It's a peaceful location that puts you close but not too close to the action. Entering the boardwalk turn right and you are just a few blocks from the first amusement pier.
