Yarmouth house Rental Property Information

Cape Escape is the perfect vacation spot near the beach. It accommodates multiple families or multiple generations of a family via a Cape style house with attached in-law suite. To interest a group of 14, there are 3 sitting/living rooms, seating for all to a dinner together inside or out and plenty of beds. Great yard with sprinkler system: Sun yourself on the patios or deck; wash off the sand in a hot outdoor shower; relax on a comfy lounge chair in the shade; swing on the hammock with your favorite friend under the stars. ½ mile to the Ocean - warm water, sandy beaches of Nantucket Sound. The beach is over 1 mile long, paralleling South Shore Drive, between Parker's River & Bass River. It has 4 public access points from Thatchers to Bass River/ Smugglers Beach. Numerous amenities: lifeguards, bathhouses, playground, snack bar, fishing pier, and boat ramp. Pirates Cove Mini Golf is nearby. We take pride in our summer home and are thrilled that others enjoy it as much as we do.

For the kids, there's also mini golfing, trampolines, go carts, ice cream, parasailing, paddleboats, museums, and parks. Loads of fun for all.

Thank you for showing interest in Cape Escape. This is our summer home which we think is a wonderful place to escape to. We take great pride in its cleanliness and comfortable accommodations. Tom and I each have four siblings and two small children of our own, so we know that our home makes a perfect gathering spot for the grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren. Although we go as often as we can, we rent it out for a portion of the year to meet costs. It thrills us to hear that other families enjoy it as much as we do. 25-70% of prior guests return to enjoy another Cape Escape vacation.
