  • Sunday to Sunday check-in for weekly rentals.
  • January - May 23, 2009 available for $1000.00 per week or $275.00 per night. 2 night minimum stay.
    May 24, 2009 - June 14, 2009 available for $120000. per week or $275.00 per night. 2 night minimum stay.
    September 7, 2009 - December 31, 2009 available for $1200 per week or $275.00 per night. 2 night minimum stay.
  • A $500.00 non refundable security deposit is required in order to reserve a weekly rental. If there is a cancellation the owner will make every attempt to rent the week canceled. If successful all but $100.00 of the deposit will be refunded. The security deposit will be refunded no later than one week after check out after owners evaluation of the condition premises was left in.

2009 extensive remodeling of upper level kitchen - granite counters, cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances. Laundry facilities on site. Second kitchen with full sized stove, refrigerator, sink, and table on lower level. Large family room on lower level - walkout to deck viewing lake. Marina on lake with boat rentals available. Corey Lake is a large inland lake with two camps on the lake. Because almost half of the lake does not have homes, the boat traffic is less than on comparably sized lakes. Fresh fruit/vegetable stand two miles away. Shopping and groceries six miles away in Three Rivers.

The Corey Lake Association sponsors several events during the summer, including an Ice Cream Social, Garage Sale weekend, a fireworks display and a boat parade. On the third Saturday in August a local running club sponsors a huge triathlon that starts in the neighborhood. Fall colors are fabulous; Winter snows are picturesque; and the springs and summers are the best times on the lake. Good lake for skiing, wake-boarding, canoeing, fishing, and sailing. The neighborhood is quiet and upscale with large lots - not a good place for loud or wild parties. Lots of wildlife.

Three Rivers is located in the west central section of St. Joseph County. Three Rivers has retained its historical look, with much of the downtown area on the National Historical Register, complete with its turn-of-the-century buildings and the Silliman House on the St. Joseph River. Home to one of the few remaining Carnegie Library buildings, now called the Carnegie Center for the Arts. In mid-june the River Festival is the main activity for Three Rivers. There is a small zoo downtown.
