The front of the house is anchored by a large palm tree while the backyard and flagstone patio is graciously protected from the sun by an enormous ,sprawling California Valley oak tree. The patio is complete with gas grille, Adirondack and Sky chairs, dining table with chairs and umbrella, Screened gazebo , and outside speakers.
