This luxurious lake view home is located just one block from the northeast shore of Lake Almanor in the Hamilton Branch. The 2800 square foot home features Mountain Lodge architecture with incredible lake and mountain views. The large living room features a vaulted open-beam ceiling with a 20 foot tall wall of windows to access the panoramic lake and mountain views. The new gourmet kitchen features professional quality stainless appliances throughout. The master bedroom has a California king bed, TV, full bath with large 'soaking' tub, and a French door to access the deck. The second bedroom features a queen bed. The large downstairs bedroom features a queen convertible sofa and twin bunk beds, full bath,walk-in closet, and TV with DVD player, making it an ideal room for 4 kids or 2 adults. We offer complimentary use of private beach, boat ramp and boat slip.
