Laguna Beach house Rental Property Information

Wonderful area of older vintage beach cottages. Quiet and Quaint yet close to everything. Frank Brown Park within 3 miles or less. Pier Park (opening March 08) with 72 stores and restaurants within 4 miles or less. New WAVE Theatre at Pier Park already open. Carraba's, Bone Fish, Steak House etc. Restaurants with the best foods close by. Seaside just 8 to 10 miles to the west of this area. Many repeat renters as they love the privacy. A Family owned grocery and liquor store within walking distance too. 4000 linear feet of dedicated beach within a 3 minute walk and in fact you can see the water from the front door and the back door as well as hear the waves!!

This home is awesome Wonderful reviews from all our renters. Honeymooners to Girls Weeks and even Guy Weeks. Room for you to bring your boat and trailer. Parking is exceptional for rental properties as long driveway and parking pad out front so you do not have to worry about ever parking in the street.
