Beach & Golf! This house is located in a private bay beach community literally feet from a beautiful sandy bay beach and huge Natural Reserve and sanctuary. The Sag Harbor Community golf course is also less than 1 minute away by car from property

Washer/Dryers There are 2 pairs of washer dryers on site. One is located in the Butlers Pantry next to kitchen, the other is located on the second floor just outside master bedroom
