We offer cleaning service during your stay. This can either be just bed linen change, bathroom cleaning and general tidy-up for $45 or a full cleaning of the villa for $85. This service can be booked in advance or during your stay. Welcome Packs include bread, milk, orange juice, ta, coffee, sugar, butter, eggs and water and are supplied and placed in the villa prior to your arrival at a cost of $15. Should you require any additional items, these will be purchased 'at cost' plus an additional charge of $5.

Shopping This single story villa is close to a variety of shopping malls on US Highway 27 and 192, including WalMart and Lowe's.

Golf Information: There are numerous great golf courses nearby. To highlight a few - The Legends golf course is one of the finest accomplishments of famous course designer Lloyd Clifton and is 10 minutes away. The Mystic Dunes golf course, located 15 minutes from the Villa, was designed by Champions Tour Player and NBC Lead Golf Analyst Gary Koch with Greens reminiscent of Augusta National is definitely a must-play course. Celebration Golf Course, designed by the renowned father-son team of Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and Jr. is another gem, only located 20 minutes away.
