It is optimally situated on the second floor affording a panoramic view from either the living room or master bedroom balconies. There is a swimming pool within 150 feet of our unit and free boating docking available directly in front the condo. (Please note: Boat launching and trailer storage must be arranged by the renter with a local marina or storage facility. Boat trailers cannot be stored in the condo parking area.)
