Newly constructed knotty pine Cottage on Pleasant Lake. Includes dock, two kayaks and a 14' boat with 8 hp outboard motor. Enjoy swimming, grilling, fishing and a campfire pit. Excellent lake for bass fishing. Relax and enjoy the wildlife, eagles, loons and the occasional moose. Downstairs includes full kitchen and living area, bathroom with shower, private bedroom, and sun porch. Living room has futon that can sleep 1-2 children. Upstairs includes two lofts, front and rear, connected by a catwalk that spans the kitchen/living area below. Loft in rear has 3 beds (twin, queen, & full). Front loft has beautiful views overlooking the lake and a full size futon.
