  • 50% deposit and 50% to be received one week before rental week.
  • In the event of cancellation any less than one month before the time reserved, refund of advanced rental deposit will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time.If the latter occurs, I will retain only a $50.00 administration fee.
  • A $500. security deposit, made out on a seperate check is required with final payment and will be returned within two weeks after lease expiration, less any amount deducted for excessive damage,or extra cleaning. Thus far, I have returned all security deposits in full!
