    Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for stays of less than 3 nights must be received via telephone or email at least 48 hours prior to arrival or you will be charged for one night’s stay. Reservations for stays of more than 3 days must be cancelled 5 days prior. Failure to cancel will result in a charge of 10% of the cost of the total stay
