Sectional in the living room is comfortable to sleep on as well. Also, an inflatable air mattress is available to sleep another person.

Would like to rent on a monthly basis but certainly would consider renting on a weekly or weekend basis. Property was recently purchased so everything inside the unit is brand new. My parents live in the unit next door so any problems or concerns can be immediately taken care of. Our condo association does not allow renters to have pets. So, 'NO PETS'. Sorry.

Shopping Fashion Square mall and Old Town Scottsdale(antique shops and restaurants) are 10 minutes from the condo. Grocery stores, sports bars, and restaurants are even closer and can be walked to.
