Placencia villa Rental Property Information

Casa del Sol is pure luxury in the middle of paradise! The villa is on a heavenly stretch of sandy beach only one mile north of Placencia village. It has four bedrooms with private baths, two complete kitchens and two living rooms. Enjoy the seafront views and its delightful breeze while lounging on the balcony or soaking in its beach side pool, not even to mention the long siestas in the patio hammock. Walk to Placencia village, a 10 minute beach walk from the villa. The little restaurants and bars are so unique and full of character. And believe it or not, the town even has an Italian ice cream parlor. You wouldn’t believe this place. Walk down the beach to the village, go by bike or rent a golf cart. Cable television and DSL Internet service – just in case. Do not need to bring anything with you but clothes, camera and a good book… And best of all,,,, you have a house attendant and full maid service…

Transfer From Belize City Flight – 30 minutes - $82.00 USD per person one way Belize International to Placencia, $164.00 USD round trip – if so let me know international schedule along with first and last name of each passenger. Nice aerial view of Caribbean Sea Private Van Charter – 3 – 4 hours - $325USD for up to 10 people with luggage – in a brand new (2007) A/C Toyota Hiace (16 passengers – High roof) - great scenery, the best for people who fear a small plane – excellent saving for family of 4 or more. Some scenery stops can be scheduled, additional fee may apply. Car Rental - 4 hour car rental- car needs to be returned to same pick up location, car is not necessary in Placencia!!! Although you can rent car in Placencia for a day or two – reservations a must.
