It's all about the view! Enjoy a cup of coffee as you listen to the sounds of the surf and the chattering of the birds or relax with a sunset dinner on your own private balcony overlooking the beach. Our condo is a top floor, oceanfront, gold rated villa in building A. It's completely remodeled and fully equipped to meet your vacation needs. The condo is a Non-Smoking villa that sleeps 2-5 people and is ideal for a couple or small family. The bedroom has a queen bed and the unit has a sleeper sofa and a bunk bed for children. Flat screen TV and high speed internet access. Linens and towels are provided and the condo is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Laundry facilities and elevator are available in our building. Once you're unpacked, step outside your door and enjoy all the resort has to offer! There's something for everyone in our gated, 24 hour secure community. Swim in the Olympic size, oceanfront pool, splash in the kiddie pool and lunch in the beachside Tiki Grill

Hilton Head offers numerous activities during each season. There are over 54 golf courses on the Island or within fifteen minutes. The walking and bicycle trails are usually protected from all traffic and provide safe conditions for the beginner or the expert biker. Rentals are available at the resort. The Hilton head beaches are also used for biking. Whether you wish to watch the dolphins come ashore from a kayak, explore the deep ocean from a cruise, walk the beach for 16 miles, view the monach butterflies, egrets and herons from the balcony or bask in the sun, Hilton Head provides the opportunity.

The Beach and Tennis Resort is a gated resort with 24 hour security that provides children with a full time recreation director in the summer and a full recreation schedule for adults. The ocean front pool has a Tiki Bar with food and drink available. There is also a fitness rooms, ten lighted tennis courts, an on-side deli, sports bar and restaurant and free candy all day long.
