Ketchikan Rental Property Information

Home is currently being remodeled. Remodel will be complete April, 1st, 2008. Pictures posted show our progress. new photos will be available in April. Newly remodeled home in a beautiful waterfront setting. Beautiful views through every window. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious deck, after a great day of fishing, watching the boats through the Tongass Narrows. The home is conveniently located 8 miles from town near Refuge Cove, and 1/2 mile from the Refuge Cove Marina. There is plenty of room to spread out, and have privacy. Prepare your catch in the extremely adequate kitchen. The comfortable living room is complete with fireplace and cable television. The home has high speed Internet for those who are interested. There are also full laundry facilities. Don't leave one of your fishing buddies behind! There is plenty of room for all of them!

Sleep 14-16 at water's edge. Newly remodeled home has comfortable, but spacious surroundings. The home has water views from all living areas and upstairs and ground floor bedrooms. Situated on a very private lot with shoreline beach area. The home feels like it is located more remotely, but is located just 8 miles from Ketchikan, making it easy to access fishing excursions, restaurants, and shops conveniently. Kitchen has neccesary utensils and ammenities to prepare meals for the whole group, as well as a full additional kitchen in basement. Guests can also enjoy their evenings on the deck with beautiful views of the Tongass Narrows.
