Friendship house Rental Property Information

Come and relax at a real Maine hideaway! Property is very secluded at the end of a dirt road on over 2 acres with about 100 feet of frontage on Johnson Cove. Johnson Cove is tidal -- 2 high tides and 2 low tides each day. Large dock and attached float provide easy access for boating and swimming at high tide (eight- to ten-feet deep at high tide, and warmer than the open ocean) and fun clamming at low tide. Lawn area on 3 sides of the house. Built in 1993, this four-bedroom home has many amenities: contemporary furnishings, high speed wireless Internet, river-rock fireplace in the living room, wraparound deck on main living level, upper deck off the master bedroom, and a short walk to the town market and hardware store.
