For your enjoyment a 270 movie video library is available along with games and books for all tastes and ages. There is also a separate living room with a 32 inch TV, DVD/VCR player and Game Cube system. The upstairs loft has a bumper pool table and a computer with high speed internet access, as well as a printer. The two-car garage houses a fuse ball table, ping pong, safe dart board, boogie boards, beach chairs, and many other outdoor games.

Downstairs master bedroom has a king-size bed and upscale master bath with a large tub and separate shower. The other downstairs bedroom has a full bath with two double beds. Three bedrooms are upstairs and two full baths. There is also an upstairs balcony from the loft. All five bedrooms have a TV, some with VCR or DVD players. For your outdoor pleasure enjoy a large screened-in porch with dining area as well as two outdoor decks. This particular location faces a private cul-de-sac that gives you lots of privacy and space to create a relaxed and uplifting retreat while providing comfort, style, and fun. What makes this unit special is its tastefully decorated to make you feel like you are at a beach retreat.
