  • A $150 security deposit is required plus the $100 cleaning fee. A 50% deposit of the total (rent, security deposit and cleaning fee) will confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to scheduled arrival.
  • If the cabin is left clean, laundry / dishes done, floors clean, etc. and no damage to anything the total security deposit and cleaning fee - $250 - will be refunded within 10 days of your departure.

Swimming beach The lake is 30' from the house. Walk 250' to an excellent beach for kids to swim. Walk another 100' to the DNR public access with a cement boat ramp. Plenty of room for boat trailer storage at the cabin. The activity at this ramp is minimal and is 95% small fishing boats.
