Spacious Post and Beam home on five acres sited on a paved road. The house was built to owners specs in 1989 by award winning local builder Peter Vogel. The house was placed on a gentle knoll to take advantage of full sunlight. Most of the five acre parcel is cleared and is defined by rustic stone walls. The interior of the house is mostly white oak wood and offers a warm and inviting environment. The living room fireplace works beautifully. The house offers three living levels above grade and a full in ground basement. There is ample parking for automobiles, trailered boats, ski mobiles or ATV s. Mt. Snow is a thirty min. drive and boating is twenty mins away at Lake Harriman. Within forty min. there are several four star dining establishments. Also Brattleboro has numerous excellent restaurants. Hiking and cross country skiing opportunities are near-by.
