Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Rates are per week in US dollars, and are subject to 5% tax and service charge. Rates are based on a maximum of two persons per bedroom. Minimum rental 5 nights all year excluding Christmas/New Year Holiday that require a 1 week (7 night) minimum rental. Reservations must be accompanied with a 50% deposit.
