Our property is totally quiet and secluded. A perfect getaway for one or two couples looking for a luxurious, quiet retreat without being disturbed by neighbors or noise. Our premises are suitable for private sunbathing. Everything is there for a truly relaxing time in a tropical, Caribbean setting. The villa is located in the gated deed community of Terres Basses, a safe, purely residential area on St. Martin, considered to be the most prestigious area on island! St.Martin/ St Maarten is the only island in the world ever to be shared by two different European nations. Visitors and inhabitants can enjoy the convivial relationship and peaceful cohabitation that celebrates the distinctiveness of both the French and Dutch cultures.
