Brand New Vacation Rental! This Limestone cottage is set on a hillside and offers views among treetops as you relax on over 500 square feet of decks. The house is clean, cozy & well furnished & well maintained with 2 queen beds, comfy seating and everything you need to cook up a great meal along with a coffee/espresso maker. We provide coffee & espresso for our guests. You'll find a flatscreen tv with a dvd player, an ipod dock with the cd player & wireless Internet. There's another tv/cable in one of the bedrooms & an exhaust vent in the bathroom. One special treat is that Stacy Park & Pool & Blunn Creek Greenbelt is a minute walk away. The Pool is geothermally heated and is at one end of beautiful Stacy Park. Free. You can cook & eat outside with the gas grill & a picnic table under the covered patio.

This is our second vacation rental and is brand new in the market here in Austin. Located in the beautiful Travis Heights neighborhood, we are minutes away from Lady Bird Lake, the Hike & Bike Trails, the State Capitol, the convention center, downtown, Barton Springs Pool, Zilker Park, Stacy Park, UT, museums, theaters and everything that central Austin has to offer for you. There's unique shopping, live music, some of Austin's finest restaurants, antiques, art galleries & grocery stores along South Congress Ave.(SoCo). We are home to the SXSW Music Festival and the Austin City Limits Music Festival. There's a festival of one kind or another almost weekly here and we are known as a friendly city. Austin is at the edge of the Hill Country with its lakes, golf courses, Willie Nelson, honky tonks, and barbecue. Attention all foodies- great restaurants close by.
