Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Rental is $114.00 - $129.00/night based on double occupancy for a 2 night minimum stay; for an additional 1 to 2 people total during the same 2 night minimum stay, a single $30.00/night applies (4 person occupancy max.).
    Single night stays will only be considered for Midweek nights (Monday - Thursday) & are subject to an additional $15.00 each, added to the Midweek rates.
    When a Holiday or Holiday Eve falls in the Midweek Period, Weekend rates only apply.
    Security Deposit of $100 for a 1st time renter is required & is refundable no later then 10 days after check out.
    Payment of the Rental Total in Full 30 days in advance is required & is refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to date; within 30 days cancellation refund will be calculated on the Rental Total amount divided by 30, then multiplied by the number of days of 30 remaining minus an administrative charge of $50.
    Sales Tax & Security Deposit payments are required upon arrival.

    Check out time: 11 am
