Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • 50% of total rental fee and $500.00 refundable security deposit is required within 5 days of the reservation confirmation. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival date. Exception: During Christmas, New Years and American Thanksgiving balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If reservation is less then 45 days from the booking date full payment is due within 5 days of confirmation. A reservation confirmation and invoice will be sent via email containing all deposit information. We accept most major credit cards through PayPal.

    During the low season (May 1 - Oct 31) a $75.00 surcharge per week will be added due to high energy costs.
  • Reservations must be canceled within 60 days of arrival or you will forfeit full rental charges. Security deposit will be refunded. There will be no refunds due to acts of God, nature, weather or weather related situations, mechanical failure, earthquake, golf conditions etc. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

Further Details for the condo in Mexico

Our Condominium is new and was decorated by a well known Los Angeles based designer. The interiors are contemporary and sophisticated with all the luxuries you would expect at a 5 star resort. The color pallet is cool and comfortable with gray-blues taken from the surrounding ocean and sky. Soft creams, whites and golden tones taken from the sands. The Fabrics, luxurious and soft Leathers, Suede and Chenille's create an elegant but comfortable environment. The custom made furniture is contemporary and sleek, but still inviting.

Fine linens, and everything you need will be available in the well equipped kitchen, bedrooms and baths. The large furnished balcony with its magnificent ocean views is the perfect spot for watching the spectacular sunsets and sipping cocktails before alfresco dinning.
