Charming 2 room apartment, tastefully renewed and decorated in summer 07. Located in a animated area of Paris, out of the beaten path, cosmopolite and with a true Parisian spirit. Numerous shops and restaurants nearby from Turquish cuisine to typical Parisian brasseries. Maraie and Motorgueil, 10-15 minutes walking distance or 5 minutes by bicycle. Wooden floor, fireplace and 'moulures' give this first floor apartment a Parisian charm. The bedroom mixes romantic and design deco and offers a queen size bed. The kitchen and the bathroom are nicely covered with small black glass tiles. Wireless internet, HIFIi, cable TV, washing machine, dish washer make the confort of the apartment. Although best for 2 people, the sofa bed in the living room can sleep 2 extra guests. Linen and towels provided.

This is also the area of 19th century Passages and Galleries : hidden urban paradises or ancestors of shopping malls ! New restaurants and bars open every day in the area ! But you must not miss the traditional Brasserie Julien with its scenic Art Nouveau style !
