Golf Information The 4 championship golf courses within the community offer excellent play for all skill levels from beginner to pro. Each course has a fully equipped pro shop and available equipment rentals if you don't have your own clubs. Prices include cart and vary by season but offer some of the most affordable golf in the valley.

Activities Information If golf is not your thing, there is still plenty to do at Sun City Grand. From sports to clubs, if you can imagine it, it is available in this active community. Access to recreational facilities is controlled via membership cards that are included in your monthly rental fee. At least one resident must be 55 years or older to rent this property. Club activities and events are accessed and paid for separately. The greater Phoenix area hosts over 200 art galleries, has casinos close by, and a wide variety of shopping experiences for all tastes.

Baseball Spring Training Fans This vacation rental is less than 5 miles to baseball spring training camp (Surprise Stadium - Texas Rangers). Be sure and book early as these months rent quickly.
