Washington Hotel only about 45 min away; Canoe down the Saco River; Swim, fish or launch your boat in Moose Pond, or one of the many other lakes that are close by; LADIES - Shop the outlets at North Conway ONLY 20 min away; take a ride on the Songo River Queen in Naples; See a movie at the Bridgton Twin Drive-In movie theater; Go to the Fryeburg Fair in October only 10 min away; Storyland, Heritage Museum, Conway Scenic Railroad, Wildcat Mountain are about ½ hr away. Six Gun City, Santa's Village, Mount Washington, Attitash, & Bear Peak are all approx 1 hr away. The mstr bdrm has a queen-size bed, built-in gas fpl & TV w/VCR/DVD, Bdrm #2 has twin beds, & the finished lower level has a qn-size sleep sofa & 2 roll-a-way twin cots & TV w/VCR/DVD; sleeps up to 8 comfortably. Lake Region Hse of Pizza delivers, or if you are heading up and haven’t had dinner, call ahead & pick it up on your way through Bridgton. Don’t want to cook, want a little more atmosphere, in the winter you can enjoy a great meal or a cocktail @ the base lodge, only steps away, and also enjoy all the free entertainment that Shawnee Peak provides, or use one of the coupons for a discount at a restaurant.
