A taste of Florida! Quiet home on the Space Coast tucked away in a Country Club Community! Minutes from the Intercoastal waterway and beaches. Disney World, Sea World, Discovery Cove, and water park attractions 45 minutes away. A prefect vacation getaway! Golf, golf, golf and more golf, diving, boating, sailing, jet skiing, surfing, fishing, deep sea fishing, gambling boats, space center attractions, beach combing, or just relaxing out back and watching the sunset! So if your visiting Florida and want to visit the theme parks and hit the beach for some sun and fun this is the place to be. The new pool is now up and running with a 6' wooden privacy fence surrounding the back yard and the game room is completed. It currently has an 8' billiard table & a gaming table, the slot machines, bar & a pinball machine is coming in the spring 2009. You may find a cheaper place but you won't find a better place for the money! Come stay at ours! Pets considered!

Space Shuttle Launches, cruise ships, day gambling cruises. Just east of Orlando, and all Disney attractions, North of Vero Beach & Shopping, South of Daytona Beach and the Daytona 500 NASCAR. Golf, courses every where!! (My personal favorite Sun Tree) Beaches, River, Golf, Golf, Golf, Beach, Beach, Beach & FUN in the SUN! You may find a cheaper place but you won't find a better place for the price! Come stay at our place! Pets are considered on an individual basis!

Close to restaurants, movie theaters, shopping (Melbourne Square Mall, Viera mall, old downtown Melbourne, antiques, flea market). 30 minutes to Vero Beach outlet malls. 10 minutes to Melbourne international airport (check out USA3000 flights directly into Melb) 20 minutes to cruise ships and gambling boats. Golf courses everywhere! Pets welcomed. Seniors discount! Long term rentals welcomed call with further questions!

Skiing Information: Only Water Skiing here! No white stuff EVER! Marina's are minutes away. Boat & Jet ski rentals available. The intercoastal waterway (Indian & Banana river) is only minutes away! Bring your boat or rent one. Space is available at the house for off street parking of your boat! PLEASE LEAVE YOUR SNOW SKIS AT HOME! They don't work well down here!

Golf Information: Courses everywhere! Minutes away!

Guest Book Jan We loved the place it was so quite! So much space & so clean and bright! Totally Florida! Great location to everything. The TV was awesome & my husband stayed connected with the internet access & played games on the playstation 2 ...we did not want to leave the family room!! The day cruise gambling boat was only minutes away and we had great fun! We'll be back with our dog & clubs the next time! Looking forward to the pool & game room on our next visit! We'll be back soon!!! Suggest more maps and places to eat! The Shack, happy hour & food was great & just as you said & described it! Just wish we could have stayed longer! NC 12/4/07
