Franklin cabin Rental Property Information

Oh Boy! You asked for creek frontage, well here it is. Better choose your seat wisely on the full length back porch or you just might get splashed. Rumbling and roaring Wayah Creek is only feet from your doorstep. If you can possibly say you’re tired of sitting by the creek and splashing in the boulders you can take a short jaunt down the road and have access to thousands of acres of Forest Service Lands for the ultimate in hiking. Now that you’ve really worn yourself out, head into town for a relaxing bite to eat and take a stroll down main street enjoying the shops of Franklin. So much to do, so little time. The home is nicely furnished and easily sleeps 6 (with the addition of the fold-out sofa). All you’ll need is in place and waiting for you. This home is situated between Franklin and Lake Nantahala.

Franklin is a charming small southern town nestled in the Smoky Mountains and located at the far western reaches of North Carolina. We’re known primarily for being the Gem Capitol of the World but we have that and so much more to offer. If outdoor activities are high on your list you’ll have hiking, canoeing, mountain climbing, golf and tennis just to name a small sampling. If indoor activities are more your style you’ll love our antique shops, quaint downtown area and even a Harrah’s Casino just down the way a bit. So many of our visitors become a resident, we think that’s the best recommendation you can have!
