Beautifully furnished townhome with full amenities located in the heart of the Old Mill District and less than a mile from downtown Bend. Enjoy all the activities that both have to offer! Shopping, fine dining, site seeing; or take in the many concerts and live shows at the Tower Theater or Les Schwab Amphitheater. Take advantage of the convenient Deschutes River access for floating or kayaking on those hot summer days. Golf, fishing, hiking and boating are less than 30 minutes away in the Cascade Lakes Recreational Area. Biking trails are also in abundance throughout town and near the river. Mt. Bachelor (just a short drive up the road) offers downhill and cross country skiing, as well as snow sledding for the kids. Snowmobiling and dog sledding are also popular. All this while you enjoy your stay in this contemporary townhome featuring two master bedrooms on the second level with Queen bed, twin bed (convertible to a king) and private baths.
