Lake front Cottage located on lovely Hamilton Reservoir in western Massachusetts off I-84. A Beautiful and Clean waterfront home located halfway between Boston and Hartford, CT. A top ten 180 degree view right on the water. Close to the Brimfield Fair, Old Sturbridge Boston, Hartford, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casino. This year round home is absolutely breathtaking in all four seasons and can be used for antiquing, boating, swimming, fishing, golf, casinos and plain relaxing. Once you are here you wont want to leave. Two decks facing the water gets sun exposure the entire day.

The local surrounding's of this area includes Old Sturbridge Village,which is great for kids and the town of Sturbridge is loaded with fine restaurants and small shops. There are many lakes, golf courses, and areas of interest for all. Casinos such as Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun are also close by for adults. The Brimfield fair is held three times per year and is world renowned, with hundreds of vendors selling anything and everything from crafts,paintings,to low and high end antiques ,furniture and more.

A three bedroom house sleeps 7 to 8 people, Master is upstairs two downstairs overlooking water. A six person hot tub on the bottom deck also overlooks the water with a view of the lake. Very comfortable and relaxing. The upstairs deck off the living room gives you a 180 degree view. The lake view can be seen from all windows in the kitchen, living room and dinning room. The water is about 30 feet away and. the house is located on a cul de sac and is very private. Your neighbors to the right and left of you cannot see you on either deck. Friends who have stayed,never want to leave,it is truly gorgeous.

Outside The outside is beautiful with great landscape, lower deck overlooking the water 30 feet away. There is a 6 Person HOT TUB on this level with a great view of the lake. You have use of a canoe, paddles, life jackets and dock. Fun relaxing place used for swimming, boating, fishing and other water activities. a natural stone wall running down both sides of steps leading to water and at the base of the water adds charm to this unique setting. Water is clean and fun noises abound throughout the lake. There is a 6 ft. raft and you may bring with you any toys you have.

Living Area Living area consists of living room, kitchen, and dinning area with a mix of wall to wall carpeting and ceramic tile. You will see a view of the lake from every window in these areas including the kitchen. There is a large couch, love seat and chair which all have recliners, they are plush and comfortable. Oversized slidders lead to the deck a few feet away which boasts a view of 180 degrees. This is an absolute gorgeous top 10 view on the entire lake. There is a gas fireplace with no mess and a large screen t.v. as well. All rooms in the entire house are very tastefully decorated and is very clean. All rooms throughout the house are carpeted except the bathrooms which are tiled and have hairdryers built in. Ceiling fans made of ceramic also add charm.

Homesite This entire home and setting is hard to beat . A view that wont quit, clean water, dock, comfortable surroundings, many things to do, romantic and peaceful. Excellent for kids and adults alike. Once you spend time here you will not want to leave.

Golf Information: There is a nine hole course just 10 minutes away on the other side of the second lake which is plush lush and green with huge old trees. It sits on what was once farmland and is a combination of hills and flat stretches. Very nice and you will enjoy it, cheap too. There are also numerous courses within a 40 mile radius that are all very nice as well.
