Sleep comfortably in the master bedroom, complete with a corner whirlpool tub. The huge riverfront great room with wood burning fireplace and DISH TV is the perfect place for your group to relax. This is the perfect spot to stress-down and commune with nature. Look for eagles, osprey and deer while listening to the various songbirds. Woodland Waters is a beautiful page from nature's sketchbook. The riverfront includes a picnic area with fire ring, a dock, canoe, rowboat and swimming area. Hike up Red Rock and enjoy the view of Kimber Mountain, just across the river and containing a 2600 acre game land.

There are so many things to do at Woodland Waters. The river is the center of activities with over 60 miles of canoeable waters in the spring. Fishing is usually very good and swimming in the summer is a highlight. Hiking up Red Red, right beside Woodland or crossing the river in the boat or canoe and hiking up Kimber Mountain challenges everyone. Relaxing on the deck in the rocking chairs or dining on the patio after an exciting day is always an option. Bedford County is a great place to explore with musems, covered bridges, and shopping available.
