It is just around the corner from the fabulous restaurants and retail shops of Coast Village Road. Take an easy 3-block stroll down to the Pacific Ocean, Butterfly Beach, and the Four Seasons Resort. The house is a “Mid-Century Modern” architectural specimen. High ceilings, large rooms, and stylish furniture are the trademarks of this inviting property. There are two Master bedrooms with king size beds and private baths. The Master Suite is a private area with a separate entrance. It has its own living room with fireplace, and a small kitchen. A queen sleeper-sofa is available if more than 2 wish to stay in the suite. The other two bedrooms in the home each have a private bath. Montecito Village Retreat offers an easy escape into the Montecito Lower Village beach lifestyle. It is great for both families and couples.
