Note: The house is fine for infants and school aged children, but could pose some hazards for toddlers, who might hurt themselves bumping into sharp table edges, falling down the central staircase, through the staircase railing or deck railing or playing with the electrical outlets. In other words this house has not been child proofed. No Parties. No Pets. No Smoking, incense, or candles allowed in house or on or around wood deck. We will provide battery operated candles to help you set your romantic atmosphere. Although there is a dumb waiter is in the house it has been turned off. It must remain off at all times. ASK FIRST, if you are considering doing anything one of the above noted items. This is our personal home. Please respect it as you would your own.
