  • 50% deposit is required upon booking
  • 50% Deposit is collected at the time of booking. We have a 60 day cancellation policy, you must cancel 60 days prior to your reservation date in order to have your deposit refunded less 20% booking fee. If you fail to comply with this cancellation rule the total reservation amount plus tax will be forfeited.
  • When booking within the 60 day cancellation window, Full payment is due at the time reservation is made unless payment arrangements have been made.
