Cozy Private 3 bedroom, 3 bath Private Duplex Home in West Vail Intermountain Area w/ Private Hot Tub, 42' Flat Screen TV, 2 Wood Burning Fireplaces, New Carpet, Huge Updated Bright Kitchen & Bathrooms, newly painted. 2 dishwashers, w/d, 2 minute walk to free bus that runs every 20 minutes during ski season. There is a beautiful hike along the river that offers panoramic views of the valley. Very fun sled hill for the kids within a block. There are 3 exits off I-70, West Vail, is not ski in, ski out, if that is what you require we recommend you stay in the Village or Lions Head. If you are a smoker please do not inquire. No smoking on the premises.

The street ends in a cul-de-sac that is adjacent to the park with sledding, hiking, playground. Local bus runs every 20 minutes and is only 15 minutes to the gondola. Brand new 6 person Hot Tub, private setting on back deck area. We are in the West Vail Intermountain Area, there is a free bus that runs every 20 minutes and stops in Cascade Village and Central Vail at the slopes. Our neighborhood is mainly locals and private homes. It is very convenient and eliminates the hassle of driving and parking.
