Watch the Dolphins & Manatees Play! There is an elevator just off the garage which takes can take you to each floor if desired. The house is 'split-level' with only a few stairs in between floors. The side door of the garage leads to the grounds, without having to go down any steps. We are located on the waters of Boca Ciega Bay, with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico. We are approximately 5 minutes drive to the Gulf Beaches, 15 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg with it's fine restaurants, galleries, attractions and the Pier, and 40 minutes to Tampa Airport

Yacht Club Estates is a St Petersburg, Florida Waterfront neighborhood located in the Western part of the City, adjacent to the Treasure Island Bridge. Yacht Club Estates consists entirely of single family dwellings. It is a water oriented community with about 99 percent of the homes being waterfront homes on Boca Ciega Bay.
