This executive Log home was built in 2004 and is located within 50 feet from the Kenia river, the worlds most popular salmon rive . The Kenai and surrounding area provides world class fishing (King, Silver & Red Salmon, not to mention Halibut and Rainbow trout) sight seeing and hiking. During much of the summer Red Salmon can be caught on your private fishing ramp.. Relax after a long day with friends and family around your privite alaskan outdoor fire pit .
This is a luxury home with many custom upgrades, outfitted with the finest amenities available (Log Beds and Furniture through out. Within the home their are many traditional pieces of art not to mention several trophy animal mounts. Not only is this property a great get away for the guys or girls it's a great family retreat.
Location
We have 20 years of experience in the area therefore can provide valuable information regarding who to fish with and what to do and see during your stay. It's a beautiful 100 mile drive south of Anchorage to the property located in an upscale area only 1.5 miles off the Sterling Highway. You can also fly to the city of Kenai only 20 minutes away. The property has a gated driveway with horse shoe parking & good access to the water. The maintenance man and house keeper are always on call if needed.
Although the area is most famous for the fishing and hunting it is also famous for the it's scenery (Mountains, Rivers & Glacier's) and wildlife (Eagles, Moose) which abound. The property is located only 90 minutes from Seward and Homer two famous fishing and tourist locations.
