The former living room has been converted into a small sitting area and formal dining area with a piano. The kitchen, garden room, family room and outdoor patio provide the dominant areas for groups to gather. There is an outdoor table on the deck near the hot tub. Hot tub is located just off the kitchen. The basement level is carpeted and supplied with some small dumbells, an exercise band and a physioball for home workouts. Air conditioning is in Master Bedroom. Others have ceiling fans. *** During the year, a cat lives at this house. If anyone in your party is allergic to cats, this is probably not the house for you***
