The kitchen, garden room, family room and outdoor patio provide the dominant areas for groups to gather. There is an outdoor table on the deck near the hot tub. Hot tub is located just off the kitchen. The basement level is carpeted and supplied with some small dumbells, an exercise band and a physioball for home workouts.
