  • The bathrooms are a marble feast with large marble vanities, hand made granite basins, Danze fixtures and large, expansive mirrors, allowing several to use the area at one time.

  • The casa has four very spacious master suites with 10 ft. ceilings each with its own entrance/bathroom/dressing area and view of the ocean- 2 of these with sunken jacuzzi bathtubs. The 5th bedroom is being used as an office with a computer/fax/copier/telephone. It has a futon and 2 queen inflatable beds/ linens for additional sleeping needs. The bedrooms and office are all air conditioned with multiple ceiling fans throughout for circulation and comfort. Each bedroom has a 26' flat screen TV/DVD, remote controls for the TV, fans and lighting, hair drier and linens and all open up to allow the flow of the ocean breezes. Granite and marble touches are everywhere, giving you that luxury feeling of being on special.

Any other services desired ( grocery shopping, meal preparation, catering parties, preparation of appetizers, special events, etc.) require a prior 30 day request and will entail an added cost payable directly to the maid. 4) Smoking is only permitted outside, and then with care please. 5) Sorry-no pets other than the fish in the pond and the local critters outside. 6) The home is not set up for small children ( many water features and walls with steep drops), so their safety and well being is your responsibility-watch them carefully. 7) There is a safe on premise for your valuables. 8) The water to the refrigerator, ice maker and sink tap is purified and safe

Beaches Clean sand! Beaches surround the Puerto Vallarta/Bucerias/ La Cruz area - many adjacent to local restaurants for a snack or tropical drink. One of the most popular beaches, Distilladeras, located 3 miles past La Cruz on the road to Punta de Mita, is very private and has a palapa restaurant for food and drink. Punta de Mita, located at the western tip of the northern shore, is very popular with tourists because of the multitude of palapa restaurants located on the sand. Punta de Mita has a variety of activities which include kayaking, boogie boarding, snorkeling and tours to the Marrieta Islands just a mile off shore with excellent snorkeling.Sayulita is a small fishing village located 20 minutes north of Bucerias, is very popular for surfing, and also has an excellent selection of restaurants.

Activities! Puerto Vallarta is synonymous with fun! Visitors can choose from an abundance of activities, from excursions to quiet secluded beaches, floating parties, scuba diving expeditions and romantic dinner cruises to hiking, biking, eco-tours, swimming with dolphins, whale watching, archaeological digs and 4-wheeling.How about parachute rides over the protected waters of Banderas Bay or a short plane ride to a mountain village for lunch? Dugarel's located in Bucerias on the water where your seating is located above the slapping waves while you enjoy a panoramic view of the bay, is excellent for sunset dining. Their menu varies from seafood to steaks to authentic Mexican dishes. Open for lunch and dinner and offer a fully stocked bar. Expression's is located in Bucerias and has a pleasant patio setting. They specialize in frothy coffee drinks and cool aides in many varieties. They also offer homemade soup of the day, delicious appetizers along with sandwiches and dinner specials. Open for lunch and dinner. We Be Sausage is located north of Bucerias in Playas de Huanacaxtle. Their specialty is homemade bratwurst and Italian sausage, along with pastrami and sauerkraut.
