Bariloche condo Rental Property Information

The ATAC condo is in a prime location - right in the center of downtown Bariloche on the same street as many great restaurants. The condo has the luxury of a 5 star hotel, but larger and with more amenities. There are lake and mountain views from almost every room and brilliant natural lighting (the condo is north-facing) as well as a jacuzzi bathtub, a tiled Japanese style mini bath tub, central heating, wood floors, double-paned windows and an island kitchen ideal for socializing and cooking. The apartment has two bedrooms; each can be set up with queen size beds or 2 twins (just let us know). The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The kitchen has everything you would find in your home including pots and pans as well as wine glasses and beer mugs and quality cutlery. A separate utilities closet includes a stacked washer and dryer. We include a local cell phone with the rental and a VOIP phone with free calls to the US and many other countries.

General This is a 100% brand-new remodel (I designed it!) - New central heating, hardwood floors, double-pane windows, bathrooms (one with jacuzzi), and center-island kitchen. There are 10 meters of North-facing sun-exposure with lake views. The place is awesome. It is right in the middle of downtown - walking distance to shopping and restaurants and next-door to a supermarket.
