Friendly and safe, the mesa is great for family, or a relaxing get away for all who want to be close to everything. The house is located near the beach, downtown Santa Barbara, the Harbor, Mountains, and the Mesa shopping center. This fantastic, comfortable home is newly decorated, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. A fantastic kitchen, fully stocked with updated appliances, toaster, gas range, microwave, dish washing machine, and coffee maker. Complete with all supplies, AllClad pots and pans, plates, glasses and utensils. The cozy comfortable living room includes a plush love seat an couch. A 42' HDTV, VHS, DVD, AM/FM Stereo, CD player, and iPod jack are provided for your entertainment pleasure. If you're the working type or like to search local events and attractions, wireless internet access is provided.
Bedrooms The master bedroom offers a luxurious Cal King Bed, a 20' HD Cable TV, sitting area, private bath, and direct access to the outdoor patio. Hear the seals bark, or the waves crash from the rear bedroom, which includes a Cal King Bed, Cable TV. The Front Bedroom has a cozy queen bed. The middle bedroom is ideal for anyone. This room includes one twin bunk bed, and a full bed below. All bedrooms included a plush pillow top, hypoallergenic mattress and high thread count linens!
Location/ Attractions This comfortable home is just steps to fantastic Shoreline park, offering spectacular views, children's play area, open grass area running right up to the bluffs over looking the beautiful pacific ocean. Leadbetter beach is a wonderful family beach. Great for surfing (good place to learn) tide pooling, even scuba diving. Take a short walk down to the harbor for lunch or dinner and feel the sand squish between your toes. Downtown Santa Barbara can be reached by a short taxi, beach cruiser (bike), or car, and offers some of the finest restaurants, shopping, cafés, and art. If downtown doesn't interest you, the newly renovated Mesa Center is a quick 2 minute ride and offers fantastic locally owned establishments, as well as your Starbucks, Albertsons, Gourmet food market, drug stores. Additional attractions: Santa Barbara Pier, Fantastic Museums, Santa Ynez Wine tasting (30 Min.)
